Gathering the carts from the lots and bringing them back into the store, and helping customers put there items in there cars.

That anyone that walks into the store may be a first-time shopper. So be patient with them.

Sales days are exhausting, there is a lot of hands-on labor at times, the line at the restaurant can wrap through 3 departments, no jeans, and lost customers.

I've learned how to approach projects from many angles, not just the one that may neccessarily seem to be the most obvious.

The Qualcomm stadium. Subway restaurant, the library, Costco and the trolley station that takes you to anywhere in San Diego.

We look on our intranet to see if there are any new projects or items that are coming in and the go right to helping the customers. We also have times when we help with the actual labor of remodeling the department.

I helped to remodel the sofas department as well as find new ways to attract and keep new customers.

It is a Swedish company so their way of looking at things are different than other companies that I have worked for in the past.
