How would you describe what you did at Illinois State University Computing and Technology Services?

I am the student manager of the help desk. I schedule several other students and ensure that our work gets done. We are responsible for maintaining about 250 computers that are spread out across ISU's campus. I am also responsible for some scripting to automate repetitive user tasks.
