Experiences at Imperial Hotel Gt Yarmouth

As this was a small family run business, everybody pulled in and helped in each department which therefore gave me experience in all departments of the hotel; The 4 star restaurant which offered silver service, i also worked on functions for weddings etc in the bar which was very hectic and good srvice was expected. I also had experience in helping on the front desk, the duties included answering the phone, booking in residents, inserting data and answering the phone etc....
