What did you learn along the way at Imperial Security?I learned how to write for brevity and for possible litigation down the road. I learned how to observe for fine detail in a location in addition to having to hire and manage my own team for night work.

What's unique about working at Imperial Security?12 hour shifts per day and usually 6 days a week. The compensation is based on 78 hours per week so to say one is earning 32,000 per year sounds good until you factor in the hours. The overtime that compensates is from a base pay usually ranging from 6 to 7.50 per hour with group insurance ...

What are the opportunities for advancement at Imperial Security?Ultimately, one could obtain the responsibility for managing an account and be in charge of all personnel coming and going from the central office.

How did you find your job at Imperial Security?Rather boring at first, but then once I managed to assist in building up a great security team in a active warehouse, it went very well and was satisfying because of the personnel.
