How would you describe what you did at Independence Mental Health Institute?

I was an aid to the nursing staff which involved working on the floor in the units with the clients. Built professional relationships with clients which enabled me to gain trust and respect with them. Worked with clients to make sure that we as staff were meeting their needs.
