The most challenging aspect of being an Independent Training Consultant is determining the most effective and efficient route to solving the current dilemma. I am often at a disadvantage in a new organization where I do not know the individual contributor or team members who can provide the best resolution. My approach to this challenge, start getting to know people from the moment you walk through the door. These people are most instrumental in getting me to resources I need to resolve the problem. Therefore, I may not know the key person to contact, but I know the person who knows the person who knows the key contact. Results: Problem Solved...

As a consultant, I provided training and consulting services to a large variety of industries and clients, nationwide. Accomplishments include: softskills facilitation in the form of Leadership Training for frontline supervisors and managers, Cross Selling Skills for customer service representatives, Consultative selling skills, Coaching to performance change for managers and directors, External and Internal Consultant to front line managers for change management. Also experienced with providing instructional services for large corporate roll-outs, system migration, installation, call center software training, consulting services, instructional design, documentation, and strategic planning.
I have spent the last 10 years building and maintaining relationships. Clients depend upon me to walk in the door ready to produce results in a constantly changing environment and with all levels of management. To produce these results, I have provided professional training and consultation with little to no prep time; I have integrated into the team smoothly; and I have met or exceeded client goals....

It is essential to build strong and effective customer relations as an independent training consultant. Customers, and those associated with customers, know a consultant by his/her reputation. As an independent consultant, your reputation should be one of results, integrity and professionalism. Without these key elements, you are out of the game....
