How would you describe what you did at
Infinity Primary?
What I did was help patients out who didn't understand their medical bill, or patients would complain about them receiving a statement in which they paid at the time of service and I would take care of that for them. I would call insurance companies regarding them paying my patients bills. I also set up payment plans for those who could'nt afford to pay their entire bill, as well as verifying insurance for patients future appointments....
