* Performed Conference Managerial duties: recruited speakers, obtained venues, negotiated contracts, edited marketing and promotional materials as well as performed "on-site" event coordination.
* Organized and assisted with conference marketing, including events of more than 100 attendees.
* Assisted in creating a program to automate the process of searching for marketing contacts and attendee lists.
* Researched and created marketing lists; optimized procedures for finding new contacts....
