Responsible for the following:
- Reconciling and reporting order files to clients.
- Using SQL to research, analyze and modify data for the orders that do not get fulfilled.
- Implementing and testing project setups in a timely and effective manner.
- Writing standard operating procedures following ISO 9000 requirements.
- Documenting company business processes....
