How would you describe what you did at Integrated Sales/Marketing Firm?

Led the team of research analysts. We were provided accounts both F500 and small businesses and worked with the sales teams to: 1) compile a variety of data about the account including financials, technology, key people , 2) conduct primary interviews with management about their initiatives, and 3) identify sales strategies. What made us different is that we provided strategic research - research that was at the business and consultative level and educated the sales people about what to say, how to get into the account, who to target, key messaging and the like.

I have continued this robust methodology, which I had developed years before now on my own.

How would you describe what you did at Integrated Sales/Marketing Firm?

Started up the sales intelligence division of this integrated sales/marketing firm dedicated to providing support to VAR's across the United States. Hired and managed a team of 8 business development and Research Analysts. Produced comprehensive account entry reports replete with strategic sales and marketing strategies and recommendations.

I was the company's first employee.
