Experiences at Integrated Visions Group

Integrated Visions is a multi-national firm providing consultation and professional services (planning, development, and implementation) in e-Business and e-Government. As a Senior Application Consultant/Project Manager I was directly responsible for:

* Managed all work needed to replace Oracle Exchange B2B digital Marketplace acquired by Integrated Visions with new in-house developed product.
* Defined project scope and set up project plan.
* Analyzed collected data to develop appropriate business functionality as well as application structures/databases for a digital marketplace software solution.
* Conducted workshop with Egyptian International Trade Point to explore the collaboration opportunities between Integrated Visions and EITP and ways to activate the electronic business.
* Managed contacts and business activities with third parties information and services providers, i.e. shipping and online payments.
* Lead and managed multiple technical team tasked with delivering technical solutions.
* Assisted business development in taking over smoothly new site for new signed maintenance and operation project.
* Assisted government agencies in interpreting eGovernment Readiness Studies into projects.
