Demonstrate a balanced combination of both knowledge and theory with practical experience that achieve results which are measureable. Be able to show innovation, creativity and risk taking and a willingness to work colloboratively within a high performing team structure.

Coordinate schedules for multiple managers; manage calendars and meeting set ups including SharePoint, Live Meeting and NetMeeting tools. Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements acquiring passport and Visa when necessary. Process First Day Office request for new hires. Manage floor plan, personal distribution lists (PDL) and org charts from analysis of staffing headcount. Administrator for My Learning courses tool. Utilize SAP for purchasing. Workgroup member for ICP Vista and MS Office 2007 migration, current PC refresh schedule and SharePoint V3 migration teams. Assist document and data control group with development of document management procedures utilizing InfoFactory and ICM-HC data repositories. Have librarian and administrative permissions within controlled document software. "Scrub" software documents for proper grammar and reference pointing. Assist with document locating and tracking for the Design History File for FDA and ISO regulations. Schedule meetings, maintain SharePoint meeting workspace, transcribe meeting minutes and A/R's for review design processes, document control team and technical publications staff. 6-Month Contract in the Intel IT Technical Staffing and Placement Service (TSPS).
Based on my strengths in account management and development was hired to support a seamless restructuring of Intel TSPS to an account-based model. While Intel went through a downsizing process successfully
filled 25 Contingent Worker (CW) positions, in an Average-Time-to-Fill of 2.5 weeks. Delivered outstanding customer service, as measured by the Supplier-of-Choice Survey. Survey results were 100% "Excellent" (5) and "Good" (2). Negotiated over $20K in savings to Intel by working with Clients and Suppliers to adjust CW hourly rates. Also, successfully developed repeat and referral business with Intel Clients by delivering timely results. Embraced Intel culture and values and contributed to the success of the team. Simultaneously, quickly got up to speed to efficiently and effectively utilize the proprietary Intel recruiting database. Participated on a virtual team with supervisors and peers in four different locations in three Western states. Developed relationships and filled positions with hiring managers in New Jersey, Washington and Oregon.
