Operated QML Link; SVG Stepper, and Tel Track. Responded to tool errors. Disposition of non-standard wafers, Operated and maintained MSC inspection tools. Operated Scanning Electron Microscope.
Maintained/ operated Mirra Mesa wafer polishing Tools. Trained in Oregon for 12 months, started up
Wafer Fab in MA. Trained other technicians. Reworked and inspected wafers. Documented non-standard events in QEF/SPEED database. Tracked hot lots, and special projects. Communicated Module Team meeting results to shift with goals & challenges... read more
