How would you describe what you did at Interactive Business Systems?

* Oversee paperwork implementation on all new hires for both the Chicago and Oak Brook branches.
* Manage all new requirements and submittals for VMS account, The Northern Trust Bank.
* Search jobs boards and outsourced qualified candidates for all open requirements.
* Post open requirements
on all job boards and I am point of contact for inquiries for both branches.
* Distribute all job inquiries to appropriate recruiter after a general screening of applicants.
* Conduct internet searches for appropriate consultants through Dice, Monster, etc.
* Complete all Exit Reports for consultants working for clients out of both branches.
* Manage and collect all hourly, salary and sub-contractor consultant timesheets and approve hours on a weekly basis for all consultants as well as internal office staff.
* Complete sub-contractor paperwork when necessary for any potential new-hire.
* I am the Branch Support point of contact for all web-based inquiries regarding company email.
* Manage all ordering of office supplies, water, coffee, business cards, FedEx supplies and postage for office on a monthly basis.
* Order all background checks on an individual basis for a consultant based on client requests.
* Order all drug tests on an individual basis for a consultant based on client requests.
* Purchase all flight tickets for both braches when needed.
* Keep active files for all consultants with up-to-date paperwork.
* Answer telephones and manage telephone system operation and voicemails to the appropriate mailboxes.
* Keep in constant contact with corporate office regarding all paperwork for consultants and internal office staff.
* Assist all internal staff with special projects or miscellaneous paperwork.
