Author of various programs related to building codes including:
- IDS NYCODE, an expert system relating to the former N.Y. State Uniform Fire Protection and Building Code,
- pcTRAQ, a permits tracking system for towns,
- and autoBOOK, a general purpose hypertext system optimized for codified documents like building codes.
Turbo Pascal, Delphi and Intel assembly language. The above projects were written in these.
In-house Windows and hardware technical support.
I should point out that we were a small firm and so I was the first line of defense for telephone technical support as well as being the sole developer of our software. I am very proficient at walking customers through multiple steps to fix or diagnose problems over the telephone....
