Responsible for team building of Startup company new business unit teams for Partnerships with Silicon Vendors, 3rd party Solution Providers & other principal technology partners.. Additional scope of responsibility included build and handoff of the Product Planning, Marketing, Competitive Analysis, Teams and the creation of the company Partnership GTM plan, and Product Demo's for Industry Trade shows and one on one customer meetings. Accountable for Business Development (building, maintaining and extending the partnerships) of the "Soleus" Product with industry Silicon Vendors, 3rd Party Software providers, OEM/ODM's and Operators. Assisting the worldwide sales force on the Engineering Services Solutions Creating a worldwide organization responsible for building and maintaining B2B relationships for an "industry first" Cell phone HLOS (High Level Operating System built form the WinCE 5 core) product line including partner programs and product strategy planning. Leading the B2B facilitation and negotiation of all Business Development, Product and Marketing solutions including SLA's, Royalty Agreements, long term road mapping and partnerships with the all segments of the Industry Ecosystem; OEM/ODM/MVNO, Silicon Vendors, and 3rd party Software solutions Coordinating external business activities with internal corporate & product teams including all levels of Executives, management, product planning, marketing, engineering, test and development teams....
