While working with Issues and Answers I interviewed persons by telephone and mail for the purpose of completing forms and/or quesionnaires. I asked specific questions and recorded answers in computer database.

What's the secret to getting hired at Issues and Answers?

Working with Issues and Answers an employee must have excellent listening skills. To perform this job well you must be social and great speaking skills. The more interviews completed by the employee the easier the job.

How would you describe what you did at Issues and Answers?

I used a computer system to randomly call potential survey respondents. I read, verbatim, the survey and I was responsible for typing answers verbatim. I was also responsible for screening potential trainees.
