-I provide support for my staff who deal with network issues (Microwave, Fiber Optics and Nortel's DMS/MTX Switch) -I Attend Customer care issues -I Gather, analize and create/send reports for company Managers in order to take desitions -Provide Feedack and coaching for Junior and Senior Engineers. -Create macro/programs in order to gather and analize data (see back) -Interact with other carriers (land and mobile) -Solve Network Issues - DMS-MTX DMS 100 - Callup and converse, Voice/Data compressors, PBX -Took trainig at Texas (Nortel facilities)...
