The discounts!!!! I did most my shopping,for clothing,housewares,there. I live just 15 minutes away. It was a great company to work for.:)

When merchandise is not available.You have to problem solve the best you can. You can access the internet,catalog, or call another location.

Just a difficult customer, who will result to verbal abuse when they are having a bad day.

I open&close my department. Attend daily store metting related to how each department was doing, how to improve. Provide customer service, by assisting customer's. Cash handling. Daily cash count. Multi tasking. Answer phones related to customer inquiries.

I think it was just liking that type of work. How you present yourself. The eagerness you show.

Receiving/Tagging of inventory and getting merchandise to the floor. Assist with customer's complaints and other inquiries. Assembly/disassembly of floor displays.

Be ably to help customers at any moment and be ably to multitask.

Help customers to find stuff and help them with any questions.
