Working at JCPenney provided me an opportunity to work at many levels starting as a Merchandise Manager Trainee in the stores up to Senior Merchandise Financial planner and Senior Allocator Analyst/Basic Inventory Analyst in the Corporate Office in Plano. Through Penney's, I have gained invaluable insight by serving our customers' needs one on one in the stores and now at a higher level. At each stage in my career my efforts were recognized and rewarded with advancements of increased responsibilities ranging from one store department to planning sales for over 1,100 stores....

Experience and hard work

The best team would be my department, "womens accesories, lingerie and jewlery." We are one big family consisting of Lola our grandma of the group our mananger and all my other associates feel like my sisters. We always could start where eachother left off and know exactly what to do. Put our visual ideas together and make a remarkable display. Being part of a good team means you can take constructive critisim and put it to good work!...
