Experiences at JP Morgan Chase Bank

It has been my dream to work with JP Morgan team as customers problem solver/personal banker, but for three times i have been invited for interview, the hiring managers have not identified the potentials in me.
However, JP Morgan bank has a tradition that i am proud of. That is my experience.
