Some of my friends working with JPMorgan chase Bank.

Responsibilities included but were not limited to: The documentation of loans that consisted of various collateral types such as unsecured, blanket liens, accounts receivables, securities, security accounts, airplanes, deposit accounts, land trusts, personal trusts, commercial and residential real estate.

Reviewed obligor files to ensure correct UCC filings, other recorded filings (such as mortgages or the assignment of beneficial interest in land trusts), updated insurance certificate, verify the legitimacy of the borrower and review any compliance issues.

I was able to establish my self as a leader and be recognized by others as a leader by daily training my peers, reviewing their completed loan packages as an "Editor" to ensure accuracy and to reduce risk to the bank, recommended new ways to streamline the documentation processes so as to increase efficiency and expediency. I've participated in training seminars to educate new and existing loan documentation specialists on the existing loan documents being used. I have also had the opportunity of serving as a "Subject Matter Expert" on projects affecting all those in the division.

Worked within Institutional Trust corporate banking division as a cash process maker and assistant trust officer. Handled depositories, retainage accounts, royalty tax, and document imaging.

Managed a Level III Technical Support Staff of 8 Technicians that provides support across a multiple Lines of Business within the two buildings at the Chase Metrotech Center complex. Coordinated projects for application deployment, product testing, and customer movement. Organized the day-to-day support for our user base in a 2 building complex. Maintained the Service Level Agreement of a Level III Technical Staff which indicates that a helpdesk problem ticket must be resolved within a 4 hour turn around....
