How would you describe what you did at JPMorgan Chase Bank?

Responsibilities included but were not limited to: The documentation of loans that consisted of various collateral types such as unsecured, blanket liens, accounts receivables, securities, security accounts, airplanes, deposit accounts, land trusts, personal trusts, commercial and residential real estate.

Reviewed obligor files to ensure correct UCC filings, other recorded filings (such as mortgages or the assignment of beneficial interest in land trusts), updated insurance certificate, verify the legitimacy of the borrower and review any compliance issues.

I was able to establish my self as a leader and be recognized by others as a leader by daily training my peers, reviewing their completed loan packages as an "Editor" to ensure accuracy and to reduce risk to the bank, recommended new ways to streamline the documentation processes so as to increase efficiency and expediency. I've participated in training seminars to educate new and existing loan documentation specialists on the existing loan documents being used. I have also had the opportunity of serving as a "Subject Matter Expert" on projects affecting all those in the division.

I have received many rewards and certificates of recognition for outstanding service to my peers and lenders alike.

Must have a strong work ethic, passion and dedication. Also, must be detail oreinted and must be able to demonstrate the ability to be a leader in a fast paced environment.
