One of the tougher problems I've had to solve was how to take a product that really was a "me too" product and undifferentiated in the marketplace and differentiate it from the competition.

Some of the most challenging aspects of the job is to get things done and people engaged in a highly matrix organization. To accomplish this, I seek to build relationships and rapport with people throughout the organization so that when I need their help, they are there.

I have P& L responsiblity for a line of products ($40 million in revenue) that help companies manage their supply chain.
