Reviewed invoices and coded for accounts payable and ultimate approval by Construction Director. Corresponded with store General Managers to resolve problems resulting from late or misdirected deliveries. Maintained and updated cost flow spreadsheets and purchase order forms. Tracked expenses and kept Construction Managers and Director apprised of ongoing construction costs....
