As Facilities Coordinator liaisoned with repair and maintenance vendors. Purchased replacement equipment. Continued work duties already established with Construction Dept., e.g. purchasing, validating invoices and tracking expenses for new store construction. Served as liaison with General Contractors and Developers to coordinate payment and collection of tenant improvement allowance. Coordinated with vendors on orders, delivery and payment of purchases. Reviewed invoices and coded for accounts payable and ultimate approval by Construction Director. Corresponded with store General Managers to resolve problems resulting from late or misdirected deliveries. Maintained and updated cost flow spreadsheets and purchase order forms. Tracked expenses and kept Construction Managers and Director apprised of ongoing construction costs....
