As a member of the Talent Acquisition Group, I am responsible for partnering with Staffing Consultants and business leaders on a national, regional, and local level as appropriate to provide consultative and staffing services for a variety of exempt-level positions. As a Candidate Developer I also Assess the Talent Acquisition Group's approaches and strategies to ensure optimum return on investment from a cost basis, but more importantly, to superior quality of hires. This includes implementation and measurement of sourcing and external branding strategies. Also provide expertise and counseling to hiring managers to help them identify the most effective and innovative candidate sourcing strategies....

I ran various machinery used in the production of fiber cement products. I have experince as an operator to effectivley run a machine and to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. I also operated small and large forklifts.
