* Performed local system software updates and customer system and network installs.
* Maintained a network, in a 24/7 environment, which supported several thousand users, utilizing such technologies as Dial-Up (Radius), DSL, ISDN, and Frame-Relay.
* Performed Custom Client Installs, which included installing, upgrading and configuring server software, network devices, and network infrastructure....
