What are the three best things about working at Jewish Council for the Aging?

The benefits were outstanding (especially the retirement) at JCA. Also, the people were wonderful to work with (even from the help-desk perspective). It was the satisfaction I got out of working ina nonprofit that I'd rate the best aspect of working for JCA.
