How would you describe what you did at Jobster?

You can see a lot of what I did just looking at my profile. :) For example, networking was my innovation project, tags came from Jobby (my company which was acquired by Jobster), similar people - which is powered by tags, and much of edit profile and the customized home page. At Jobster, we use an agile development process, so we do much more than just write code - we develop the products.... read more

What was the main reason for accepting your job (location, opportunity, money) at Jobster?

I really wanted to stretch myself and learn some new technologies, and Jobster recognized that even though I didn't know their technologies yet, I was still worth hiring because they trusted that I could get up to speed quickly. Too many companies only hire people for things they already know, but many engineers really want to do new things....... read more
