I currently direct a highly motivated team worldwide for John Deere. I have successfully designed, developed and managed worldwide distance learning programs. I direct a self-funding, fast-track, cross-organizational team of Managers to produce John Deere University. I consult with executive and senior management on training issues and develop strategic training plans to accomplish training objectives. I deliver substantial cost savings for both John Deere and its dealers by initiating web based training for both sales and technical service areas. I oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), Portal, Curriculum, Knowledge Repository, Hosting, Technical Support and Marketing of training. I train staff in the disciplines of performance improvement, change management, training design and delivery. I manage a staff of highly talented professionals developing interactive multimedia, publications and videos. I have budgeting and P&L responsibilities....
