Experiences at Johnson & Wales University

A career oriented hands on education in computer graphics and new media. I have had the opportunities to work for local no profits and gain real world experience.

Attending Johnson & Wales I gained many skills inside and outside of the kitchen. I am currently doing Community Service for Hope Haven in Charlotte, North Carolina for the fall term, and I am wokring towards the completion of my associates degree.I have also obtained 3 cerifications through Johnson & Wales such as ServSafe, FDRP, and I also became a certified to Servsafe Alcohol....

* Provided technical support for Microsoft XP, Office Suite products and other Microsoft applications to users throughout Johnson & Wales University.
* Resolved client network access issues via Active Directory.
* Assisted clients with configuration of Microsoft Outlook e-mail accounts.
* Troubleshot users LAN/WAN connectivity issues throughout various campuses....

I am still currently attending Johnson & Wales, and will be finished in May 2008. My classes pertain to things that i would consider doing as a career, like marketing, facility operations, and sports management

The Advertising Communications associate degree program introduces students to the fields of advertising, public relations and marketing while providing a general business curriculum
