How did you find your job at Jonathan Scott International?

I stumbled into Internet Research based on a referral from my brother's wife who was a recruiter at JSI. I was living in Tampa FL at the time waiting tables (a year and a half after graduating from college with honors!!) when she called me with an opportunity.
