How would you describe what you did at Junior Achievement of Central Virginia?

-Recruited and renewed yearly commitments of schools/teachers to host Junior Achievement Programs.
-Served as a liaison between schools/teachers to host Junior Achievement Programs.
-Developed and delivered presentations to schools/teachers to promote the importance of program goals.
-Recruited classroom volunteers to meet program goals.
-Responsible for the overall coordination and maintenance of over 400 volunteers serving over 10,000 students annually.
-Developed and delivered volunteer recruitment presentations.
-Assured program quality through phone calls, classroom monitoring, implementing evaluation instruments and the development of newsletters.
-Continually provided feedback, program materials and resources to volunteers and donors.
-Contributed and coordinated information for grant proposals (i.e. provided statistical information and written content).
-Developed and implemented volunteer orientation programs and trainings (i.e. scheduling systems for volunteers/teachers, ordering program materials, distributing evaluation forms)
-Developed and implemented methods of volunteer recognition.
-Assisted all program related Board of Director Committees.
