As a ProActive Network Engineer at Juniper Networks, I provide forward-looking services to optimize network performance for designated Juniper customers. I evaluate customer networks for performance, scalability, and security and provide recommendations to network configurations and topologies to improve operational performance. I am also involved in shorter-term projects including introduction of new features, software or hardware in the customer's network. My goal is to identify and mitigate major risk areas to improve the operational implementation and reliability of the customer's network.
