Experiences at KB Toys

This was my first job. I learned the basics about working.

??? Inventory control, administration, scheduling and designating routes, auditing, processing orders, creating production and progress reports, updating the reports on a weekly and monthly basis, data entry, invoice approval, supervising, seasonal operational planning.

go into the interview with confidence. never tell yourself that you wont get the job that only makes your nervous. confidence is always a plus

kb toys is a fun company to work for. it is filled with a warm staff who loves what they do. it is always a friendly store with a variety of toys throughout the store. i was thrilled to be apart of that experience if only for a short time.

I was responsible for making the customers aware of all of the promotions throughout the store. Advertise products in order to make sales. Also I was responsible for stocking and organizing new products.

Provide customer service while maintaining profits for the company and manage a group of cashiers.

??? Performed financial transactions and priced goods for resale in popular retail chain store.
??? Addressed consumer issues and brought resolution to customer needs through the use of the principals of Customer Service excellence.

The best three things about working at KB toys was first of all, it was my very first job. I had to learn alot, the experience was my first best thing. Secondly was the friendships I made working there and lastly was the experience I got from working there. Dealing with customers good or bad, I was in high school so that was challengin on its own. I was an athlete and student and a part time customer service assoicate. I know what its like to juggle more than one thing at a time. I loved it....
