How would you describe what you did at KPMG Global Knowledge Exchange?

Responsible for supporting KPMG's internal knowledge
management system known as KWorld, a homegrown Windows NT-, IIS-, SQL Server-,
Verity- and Outlook/Exchanged-based "fat" portal solution. This included:

* Acting as a product manager for the content management applications by
gathering requirements and specifying enhancements to the portal
* Training and providing documentation for KPMG IT support staff in the use of the portal and common problems associated with it and their solutions
* Providing tier 2 and tier 3 support for identified content management problems via phone, email, and SilkNet CRM
* Administering Outlook/Exchange public folders to establish public and work-group specific collaboration areas
