My job focused on Reception duties within the front office; i.e., customer service, drafting (formatting) interoffice memorandums, editing and mailing out Mr. Cooper's roofing bids, keeping current the insurance (DMV) records for the company vehicles, also keeping current the Workman's Comp. and State Liab. Insurances for W-9 vendors (subcontractors); I was responsible for researching the Internet and finding out if a given contractor's license had expired....

Being able to collect money in a timely manner; Also Mr. Cooper likes to depend on his employees "showing-up" for work.
