How would you describe what you did at Kent State University Phone Center?

I called alumni, friends, and parents of current and former students to solicit contributions towards different funds and programs at the University. I was promoted to Senior Caller and helped organize employee outings and recruit new workers. I ended up raising over $50,000 towards scholarships and programs at the University.... read more
