What's the funniest thing that ever happened to you at Kerry-Edwards Campaign 2004?John Kerry punched me. Literally. In the shoulder. In front of a small handful of people. It was the last month of the campaign and I was at a dinner and said to him: "senator, we need you to inspire people." What do you miss most about Kerry-Edwards Campaign 2004?I mostly miss the sense of purpose and importance of what we were trying to accomplish. I also miss the fun of calling my grandmother (who was a lifelong Democrat) and having her pepper me with questions about who I had seen in the offices.
