What did you learn along the way at KeyBank?What to do when I'm robbed. I learned first-hand! Luckily no one was harmed and the perp didn't pull a weapon on me. This is one of those stories I'll be telling my grandchildren. :)

What music do you listen to at KeyBank?We have a small radio behind the teller line that we can listen to. The Smooth Jazz station is what's usually on because it's relaxing and inoffensive. I love jazz so no complaints here!
