What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Keywest Fish Company?Learning new things. I love to learn new things and met new people on a daily basis. I just love interacting with new customers making sure no customer leaves unhappy. Also making sure that my staff was well maintained and happy at all times. Making sure they got satisfaction from their job as well.

How would you describe what you did at Keywest Fish Company?Managed a casual dining restaurant in a cost efficent way on a day to day basis. Providing the customer with an enjoyable dining experience time and time again.

What's the secret to getting hired at Keywest Fish Company?Proving that I was a hard and dedicated worker. Really pushing myself above and beyond when needed. Also being able to staff the restaurant with great employees who work well together and with me. And continuously having returning patorns.
