* Assumed P&L ($300 MM) responsibility for North America Facial Tissue (Kleenex) commercial category and introduced three new product designs in the same quarter. Created marketing collaterals working with the reputed advertising agencies like JWT, FCB and O&M. * Led the initiative of creating an E-Commerce site for ordering Commercial products by small businesses. * Managed OEM relationships to consolidate the number of SKUs from 12 to 7 and launched 3 new products in US and Canada in a record time by closely working with OEMs. * Led the commercialization of high capacity roll towel ($15 MM Marketing budget) through multiple channel partners that eventually generated $250 Million in sales with 15% higher profit margins. * As Kleenex brand custodian, successfully launched 5 product lines with brands like Kleenex, SCOTT, Wypall etc. for the first time in India and of which three quickly became market leaders. * Hired, trained and managed a cross functional team of 15 direct reports. Established a nationwide distribution network in thirty cities which led to $1MM sales, and trained a 60 member channel distributors' sales team to rapidly penetrate the Indian market. * Created Direct Marketing campaigns for the launch of Kleenex, which won several awards for its appeal and message, as well as generated a record 60% response. Developed several advertising campaigns by closely working with leading advertising agencies O&M, FCB and JWT. * Established OEM facilities and exported five products to different countries in Asia Pacific Region. * Managed P&L, Budgeting, Marketing, Sales and Partner Negotiations in the emerging Indian market....
