Experiences at Kingwood Pines Hospital/Cypress Creek Hospital

Provided short term crisis intervention for patients who were cronically mentally ill. I ran groups for adults, children, and adolescents. I provided individual and family therapy in a clinical setting. I completed clinical assessments including patients?? master treatment plans and social history assessments. I also assisted in day-treatment patients, bridge appointments for UBH, and aftercare....

I feel its all about who you know. I got an interview (even though there were alot of resumes) because my clinical supervisor for my LPC license recommended me.
However, now-a-days they are always short handed (especially Cypress Creek). The secret is to send an email saying you are available anytime and anyday. You may be working weekends at first but very soon the position you want will come up....
