Experiences at Kmart

It was great I got to learn how to do inventory and pull merchandise.

I was willing to be flexible in my availability and motivated to work with the others to create a clean and friendly environment.

Just by being friendly.honest,and being who i am which is an amazing person with a great personality.

Just work hard. The managers can be a little hard on you if you just stand aroud talking with your friends. and have good costomer service.

Well Kmart was my first job so I learned a lot of stuff dealing with the cash register and fashions.

The employees are nice to work with, we all got along pretty well, not many costomers go into that store so if your shy like me than you won't encounter much people to talk with.

Nothing it was a pretty easy job. Maybe just prepping the add.

Just making the department look nice, cause the shoppers just threw the clothes on the wracks and they didn't re-fold the folded clothes.

Nothing much. I just worked in the menswear department, I set the add, brought out new clothes, and kept it looking good.

Just go up to the computer next to the service desk and fill out the application. Afterwords it will tell you to talk to the store manager. Thats about it I guess.
