What advice would you give to a new employee at Kodak?Learn all you can. Make friends with as many people as you can. Do your job to the best of you abilities and never ever give up.

What did you learn along the way at Kodak?I learned that conflict if handled correctly can lead to synergy. I learned that a properly motivated team can work miracles. I learned that all work is a process and all processes can be improved.

What do you miss most about Kodak?The comeraderie and daily challenges. Every morning I would arrive knowing exactly what I would be doing that day but somehow within an hour something would come up and my day would get exciting.
