What did you learn along the way at Kodak?

I learned that conflict if handled correctly can lead to synergy. I learned that a properly motivated team can work miracles. I learned that all work is a process and all processes can be improved.

What do you miss most about Kodak?

The comeraderie and daily challenges. Every morning I would arrive knowing exactly what I would be doing that day but somehow within an hour something would come up and my day would get exciting.

What's the funniest thing that ever happened to you at Kodak?

A group of us were standing outside of a conference room waiting for the previous meeting to finish and clear the room. Someone told a joke and we all started laughing. The boss walked up and said, "Didn't you get the memo? Laughter is being cut by 10% this year." We looked stunned. Then he started laughing and we all started laughing.... read more

What's the best team you worked with at Kodak?

The best team was the Hub Supplier Quality Team. We were asked to meet an extremely aggressive schedule for implementing the quality system for a centralize materials receiving location and we were wildly successful by not only implementing the system but also by increasing quality levels from 3 sigma to 5 sigma for our key suppliers.... read more
