How would you describe what you did at
L.T.I.?
I started out as a printer/contacter then advanced to Production Manager in 1998. As Production Manager I was responsible for an on time work flow for our fashion and entertainment clients, making certain that the jobs were done to spec and that they moved to the next department to be expedited. Additional responsibilities included seeing to needs of employees and meeting those needs and scheduling their hours, ordering and keeping a current inventory of supplies. Some maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of processors, enlargers, printers and computers. I was part of a team of other department managers that I worked in tandem with in order to make our jobs less hectic which made us less stressed and more efficient. Other duties included customer service, HR and payroll....
