The most difficult problem has been to get the administration to create a new placement test for the evening and Saturday programs. I talked to the director of these programs and gave him all the reasons that a new test was necessary. I have started to design my own placement test for my own classes. Howevere, this week I was told that the administration is aware of this problem and seems to be moving toward a solution...
