I made sure that when teenagers have completed our program that have the right tools, idependent living skills, and social skillls to transition into the next phase of their life, where it was moving on to another program, getting a job, going to college, or joining the armed forces.

Supervise direct care staff,monitor and documented theraupetic relateship of staff as it relates to at risk clients. Assist with teaching and modeling social and idependent living skills. Consult with Qualified Professional and Licensed Professionaland assist in client's Personal Centered Plan.
