Experiences at LWL

Responsibilities
* Setup and support of PC & Macintosh workstations
* Maintenance of Netware and Macintosh networks
* Configuration of AS400 and/or mainframe gateway links with Windows workstations
* Client training : PC initiation, standard desktop software packages, ...
* Development of Microsoft VBA Macros.
* Two year collaboration with the 'Caisse des Depots et Consignations' (DABFI) user support team.
.....The objective was to regain user confidence and thus ensure continued provision of in-house service and support to over a thousand users.

Achievements
* Discovery of network environments and successful passing of the Netware certification 3.12 (CNE).
* Maintenance of PC workstations (DOS, Windows 3.1, 95 and NT4).
* My first attempt at improving a team's performance and efficiency as a whole was a success....
