Most of the jobs that I have been on have required physically challenging duties such as digging trenches, shoveling rocks, hauling materials, and general construction site cleanup.

One of the most challenging aspects at times was just finding enough workers to send out on a job. Sometimes it was finding transportation for one or more workers to get them to a job site.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Labor Ready?

The most challenging aspect of this job is getting your foot in the door especially if the customer is not willing to listen to what you have to say. The customer or prospective customer will do one of two things, one, they listen and be interested, or two they will push you out the door as soon as they can. Prospects are the hardest to sell to if they don't want to be sold. It's better to sell friendship than the company, you not only build a relationship but you also build trust which is key in all sales.... read more
