Most of the jobs that I have been on have required physically challenging duties such as digging trenches, shoveling rocks, hauling materials, and general construction site cleanup.

There are really no skills or experience required. All you need is two forms of I.D. and then you can begin the application process.

No secret, just fill out forms,take their tests and show up to office.

One of the most challenging aspects at times was just finding enough workers to send out on a job. Sometimes it was finding transportation for one or more workers to get them to a job site.

The secret of getting that job was knowing my job and having confidence in my abbilities.

just go and fill out the applacation and then you take a test about what not to do on the job site that they send you out on.

The most challenging aspect of this job is getting your foot in the door especially if the customer is not willing to listen to what you have to say. The customer or prospective customer will do one of two things, one, they listen and be interested, or two they will push you out the door as soon as they can. Prospects are the hardest to sell to if they don't want to be sold. It's better to sell friendship than the company, you not only build a relationship but you also build trust which is key in all sales....
