The lake, sister motel, house corrals, Hunters restaurant and hardware store.

First layout all prep, kick on ovens, meet with crew and lay out the day. Prepare employee food according to menu. Check and arrange storage,walk-ins and freezers. Do walk throuhg of line for set up and prep. Place orders if any ect.

I always kept occupational related material handy for my crew.

The managment team was outstanding.
